Kaiser NorCal Nurse Residency March 2022

Hi! I haven't seen a post for Kaiser's Nurse Residency Program for the upcoming March 2022 Cohort, so I figured I'd start a thread. Hopefully we can share updates and info here. Good luck to everyone applying!

It wasn't in there either but I just went ahead and rebooked another appointment. I got the confirmation email this time ? Are all of your presentations 10 minutes? I keep doing practice runs and I come up around 8 mins 30 seconds. I think I need to add more

They sent another email to rebook interview because they kept having issues.

I saw LOL. I think it would be a better approach to have those who have an issue with booking to email them and sign them up for a spot on their end instead of having all of us re-book. 

And it seems like they added more internal candidates for the interview..

Mine is around 8:30-8:45 too! I’ll try to pave myself slower. I’m so confused about this format honestly. I don’t know what’s the threshold between sharing too much and too little.

Did anyone hear when the final decisions will be made? I know from the original interview dates they said Monday, but next Monday is a Holiday ?

I interviewed today and they said sometime next week, to be in the look out for emails because you have 48 hours to accept the offer.

I interviewed yesterday and I was told they're going to send out the offers starting tomorrow.

My interviewer didn’t give any information on next steps LOL. But that would be awesome to get a decision by tomorrow! Either to celebrate or not ?

They said they would starting sending offers by 5pm today but also on Tuesday cause Monday is a holiday.

My friend who interviewed yesterday said his group was given a very vague answer. They were told to check their emails regularly throughout next week. I haven't heard of anyone being offered a spot yesterday or today. I was also reading the thread from the last cohort and they didn't hear back until the following Wednesday. With Monday as a holiday, I don't think we'll hear back until Wed. So relax guys!
