Hi everyone! I am a part of Cohort 8 and wanted to let everyone know that I did not have any ECG certification or training when I applied and I was still selected to interview, and I just emphasized that I was going to get it done before my start date. The ECG class I took was all online and very informative, and it is approved by the AHA as well. The website is:

Good luck on your interviews everyone! ☺️? My one piece of advice is to NOT talk about info on your resume because they already have that! Talk about your experiences and try to make it as personal as possible. I talked about what inspired me to become a nurse, my clinical experience, and why I want to work at Kaiser specifically ( look at their mission statement and surf through their website).
