Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!

Hello everyone, 

I'm applying to the next cohort and just had a quick question about your interview experience. Did you only have the group interview where you present for the 10 minutes about the prompts they provide? Are there any other interviews? If so, how did those go and what was asked? I appreciate any help. Congrats to all who made it in!

Hi guys,

I spoke with one of the representative on the Kaiser hiring team this morning. They said our offer letters will be going out today and tomorrow! That the computer system is kind of slow, but we will be getting them..so yay! ALso we will be getting a separate email as well for a onboarding meeting to talk about that process. They will send out the second email and meeting should be sometime next week.

to respond to the interview question: it depends on the hospital. I only applied to one location and they had  one interview for that specific location. They even specified to us that it's only for medsurg/medtele 

Maybe someone who had the second interview can add their two cents?

Ahh how exciting! Nothing yet, can I ask which location you are? Also what was the title of the email? Just so I know exactly what to look for!

I got mine too! Phone call that I accepted verbally followed up by a few emails from talent acquisition!
