Hello everyone! I didn't see this topic on the forum, so I'll create this for anyone else who is planning to apply to Kaiser's New Residency Program. Good luck!!
Hey guys!
Just found this forum about the new grad program for Kaiser. Question, when doing the interview and answering the question on the rubric from each section. When making your presentations, how personal did you guys go? I know there is so much that goes into who gets hired and all of that. But, I wonder how much the presentation weighs in on your acceptance. Also, they interview like 6 people each panel, does anyone know do they pick a certain number from each interview group? ahh so anxious! Good Luck everyone. I wish we could all get in!!
She said over 1000k applied. They never tell. What were the times mike's at 10am, 12pm was another not sure it was later. I only had 4 but I think there supples to be 6. Add how many days that had for interviews. Then maybe times 6 by the slits and you may can figure it out. Our process at kaiser is really long, we may see the update on kaiser HR before they send you offer. For external you may not have that tab that says offers. Do you? But they will update the job and either says no longer being considered or talent pending hire. That's when you see the date current.
Good luck to everyone.

I'm honestly not sure- I'm not too tech savvy either. I just shared my screen/presentation on Teams (I clicked "share screen", then I chose "browse my computer" from the options and used my saved PPT slides) and it came up with the notes on the side (it was automatically put in presentation mode I guess). We had technical difficulties so I wasn't even sure if my screen would share.

I had 7 slides (including an introduction slides & a thank you/conclusion slide)!

Thank you! This is literally the same amount I had and I was STRESSING about it LOL but I figured there's no point in over complicating it since it's a short presentation and they specifically asked for less words on the slides

Based on the PDF attachment, I think so? They said they'll stop at the 10 minute mark so the interviewers can ask questions. Not sure if they have been doing that in interviews though

That's what they made it sound like, it seems like they have a pretty strict schedule for the interview considering they have 5-6 people presenting for 10 min with 5 min of questions
