They will accept your application so long as you have an ATT date but I have a strong feeling they prioritize those who are licensed first. This is just my experience applying to the last cohort. Their deadlines seem quite strict.

For reference (last cohort),

Career snapshots sent out 2/2-2/6. Got my license on the 2/7. Interviews started on 2/20 but they wanted licensure by 2/12 regardless.

This time it's different and they want licensed by May 29th and interviews start on same day. They extended the date so this cohort will for sure have more applicants.

Let's hope we are the biggest Cohort LOL 400 hires 😂 one can only dream/manifest!

But I couldn't agree more! Giving more time to even answer the snapshot too! From the initial timeline they gave 05/3-5/7 to now 5/9. And also extending the time to get your license. It only attracted more people!

Have you ever applied with them before? Do they usually update application if rejected ?

No, it is my first time applying for new grad programs. But I've done a lot of reading from previous cohorts and for UC Davis a lot of them were already "routed" by the end of April. So definitely this time around is taking longer. After being routed it'll take time for Hiring Managers to review your application and decide whether or not to invite you for an interview.

As for rejection email for UC Davis. I believe you just check the status online.

For the question "are you a former KP employee?” on the snapshot, if you have an internship with them, is it considered as an employee?

I believe there's another question that lets you select if you had an internship with them.

I remember question about internship and then another question asking about KP work experience excluding internships.

I applied and interviewed with UC Davis last cohort. I'm STILL under review...
