Hi everyone!

Just wanted to start a thread so we can all chat/update each other for the Kaiser New Grad- Fall Cohort 10 application which opens 04/26!

The career snapshot is the main thing that generates candidates accordingly based on how Kaiser sets it. What school did you graduate from? Im confused if schools are sending links then how is it possible that they can be licensed so quick. 

 

Damn no wonder I got so many notifications a week before it actually opened to EVERYONE. It was internal notifications, but the position closed after I clicked into the link right away... Guess I wasn't welcome to those links🫠🫠🫠

did you have cover letter, certifications, Kaiser work experience /clinicals etc? 

I hope they at least give me a chance to interview even though I don't have my license yet.

Yes, I had all of those things. Three of my nursing classmates who were already licensed were invited to interview, I was not. I don't think it's a disqualifier, I think it might just be easier for the hiring process to consider the ones who are licensed first. But stats could be difference this time, we'll see.

I wonder how they get through all the snapshots and pick who goes through and who doesn't. It seems to be different in past cohorts too

I emailed kaiser and they said they will notify on May 17th. I do not know how people already got an invite while they are saying they are reviewing the application and nothing will happen until May 17

Thank you for sharing this. I also thought the notices would go out on May, 17.

According to the site, interview invites are sent at the latest by May 17, not starting May 17. I wish they would give updates from time to time, LOL.
