I was confident, I told myself I was going to pass, I have studied, I have worked as an LPN in a hospital for the past year......I drew a complete blank at the test sight. I'm pretty darn sure I failed. I could not remember how to do calculations. I feel like a complete dumba@@!! All but one of my calculations were mg/kg/min questions. I think I got myself too flustered over these questions and it went downhill from there. Does anyone know the percentage of people who got the minimum and failed??? I need some words of encouragement here!!
Iowa I care--Im located in Florida...I took my test on july 22 @ 2p and found out july 23 @ 10am that i passed, i have no idea how my results got posted so fast, i didnt pay anything extra...I honestly didnt expect to see my results until 48hrs....but thank God it was up, im sooo relieved, i can concentrate now!!! i believe it depends on your state how fast you get your result...i really dnt know. Sorry i know the wait is torture. im sure u passed!!!!!
Hi CanemjaRN:
Ok, I am in FL too and I took my test 7/23 @ 2pm and I still have no results!!!!! Did you look ur results up on the FL Dept of Health Website?
Anywho, CONGRATULATIONS to you and best of luck!!!!
Take care...
OMG!!! I just took the NCLEX and I seriously felt like my heart was in my throat. I totally blanked out on the math q's, and I am usually really good with these. I ended at 75 which makes me think I didn't pass. Even though I know many individuals who passed at 75, I had a really hard time with the q's, especially the med q's. Towards the end, I had a lot of priority assessment q's, does this mean these q's were at hard level? Shoot! None of the q's were easy for me and I studied for 2 months and took Kaplan. I am so depressed right now and feel really nauseus waiting for the results.
i feel like everyone else here on this forum. going on each question i would ask myself omg is this a higher level question? did anyone here get straightforward questions? i feel really incompetent because i got a few of those ( i dont remember how many exactly). waiting if i passed is killing me ahhhh
haaayz, majority of people here felt they fail after taking the exam and afterwards they get their result as passed[its like a norm now]. anyways, mines the opposite. i took CA nclex-rn this july 30[the 2nd time], a left the test center premises singing with joy[i've finish @ 75 with only 1computation that u wont need a calcu, 3-5 SATA, 1drag&drop,5-7meds and the rest is all the other client need category] And i took all of this with the confidence that my answers is right. Never in my wildest dream that i will feel this before the exam which make me a bit skeptical about myself if i really did it this time or my minds playing tricks on me. either way, im still positive i passed bcoz this time around. i have work hard and got all the support around me unlike my 1st exam that i took secretly in the way to surprise them but it didnt work. anyway, all of u out there, thinking negative will get you nowhere, just try to relax and wait for ur results to come, and hope u all pass together with me :wink2:
PS: info on "took secretly" i told them im still preparing and need more time but in reality i was already schedule. wanted to surprise them with an RN license but didnt work out the way i planned it. ^^
