  1. try this one (i made it myself) it covers most of it http://www.flashcardexchange.com/flashcards/view/742881
  2. i appreciate your words USF_graduate bcoz as of now im reviewing nclex for the 3rd time and a while ago im not sure if i'll gonna pass it this time but bcoz of your words im more confident this time and bcoz everything's on stake here. i have family&financial problem and i dont have anymore options left, whether i pass or fail i still gonna join the army being a nurse or enlisted soldier. haaaaayz.... BTW, which is better? army or airforce:confused:
  3. thanks, anyway i got 2-3 SATA[not sure if i got it all right], quite few meds [like 5-7]that i dont remember but im sure 2-3 of it is on specific med side effect[questions asking only-what is the side effect of ???-which is hard], and only 1 math that u dont even have to use a calcu [prescribed mg dose convert to how many capsule]. the rest is mostly all other client need categories in equal proportion like delegation/infection/disaster/priority. and got 1 drag&drop about a procedure in which i think is easy for me. this probably cover most of my exam. i hope it helps. Thank again and Goodluck too :wink2:
  4. this thread gives me the chills, does anyone who stop @ 75 left the test center feeling they did well, and received the result failed? anyway, my 1st exam ended @ 156 and left feeling dumb. my 2nd time ended @ 75 but i felt i did well even if i got some hard question, i know to myself i did a lot of right answers. i've made a theory to myself that ending @ 75 means i proved my competence at a quicker time unlike what i did in the 1st thats only close to passing standard the reason it ended @ 156. its impossible that i bombed it bcoz i know all what i've answered. i hope im right and PASSED. this waiting is killing me. Timeline: 1. did the review ok 2. nclex-rn @ april 27 08 ended @ 156 left dumb 3. reviewed hard 4. nclex-rn @ july 30 08 ended @ 75 left confident 5. positive to myself i pass
  5. nice to hear that, congrats!!!
  6. hahaha, why does some people got confuse on ur unofficial result its ur fault anyway, goodluck on ur official result, hope u pass against all odds ^^ sry if i offended some :bowingpur
  7. r u officially failed?errr, i mean, did u receive the actual exam result? if not wait for ur result 1st :wink2: coz theres a lot of people who left the test center feeling the same as you, but passed.
  8. Your welcome, BTW careful not to relax to much, specially if u know u haven't got sufficient confidence in ur knowledge, bcoz it will backfire to you. to be honest either way, ur the one who know if ur ready or not. Bcoz i too used the relax "thing" and it only work temporarily, ur just waiting time. u can relax but think of ur priorities 1st. u know wat im saying. Guess wat, i had work the day and b4 the actual exam and its still the same, and it doesn't matter if u relax or not, it depends on u. like everyone says "It's all in the mind" :wink2: PS: i might offended some who advice opposite to mine. Every person has different opinions. Sry in advance.
  9. vaness, if som1 havent told you of a good patho book yet, i suggest mosby's fifth ed. "biologic basis for disease in adults and children" by McCance and Huether. some of the context r kinda detail and sometimes hard to understand, but thats whats a patho book is, and it will help u improve ur comprehension. good luck
  10. hey my friend, i've already told my story on other thread but here goes...i've just took CA nclex-rn this july 30[2nd time], and left the test center with confidence i did it this time[i've finish @ 75 with only 1computation that u wont need a calcu, 3-5 SATA, 1drag&drop,5-7meds and the rest is all the other client need category for which all i think i answer them all/majority correctly]. i too felt so discourage after my 1st attempt bcoz the exam[bombed @#156] was really hard that i dont know where to get the answers, ive also felt to myself that i wont be able/future pass this exam bcoz its so enormously hard. anyway, this time around i've work hard [i even had work the actual day and b4 the exam which is funny] and got all the support around me unlike my 1st one that i took secretly[told them i'm still preparing but in reality im already sched for exam] anyway, just stay positive and study hard [try reviewing pathophysio book again, just a quicky] and u'll do fine :wink2: Hoping i'll get my result soon so i can tell u with confidence what i did :)
  11. haaayz, majority of people here felt they fail after taking the exam and afterwards they get their result as passed[its like a norm now]. anyways, mines the opposite. i took CA nclex-rn this july 30[the 2nd time], a left the test center premises singing with joy[i've finish @ 75 with only 1computation that u wont need a calcu, 3-5 SATA, 1drag&drop,5-7meds and the rest is all the other client need category] And i took all of this with the confidence that my answers is right. Never in my wildest dream that i will feel this before the exam which make me a bit skeptical about myself if i really did it this time or my minds playing tricks on me. either way, im still positive i passed bcoz this time around. i have work hard and got all the support around me unlike my 1st exam that i took secretly in the way to surprise them but it didnt work. anyway, all of u out there, thinking negative will get you nowhere, just try to relax and wait for ur results to come, and hope u all pass together with me :wink2: PS: info on "took secretly" i told them im still preparing and need more time but in reality i was already schedule. wanted to surprise them with an RN license but didnt work out the way i planned it. ^^
  12. thx my frend, and gudluck to u too:D
  13. thx , ur words made me more comfortable on what i did:cool:. and also, i too used saunders, and it help a lot, and i also reviewed a pathophysio book to make it more fun heheh. anyways, thx again^^, ohh btw, how many drug computation question u got? bcoz i only got ONE unlike my first exam that gave me tons of it. Is it a good sign or not? [my 1st exam ended 156 ] either way, im happy now, i mean better. once i receive my result ill tell u guys, and kiss the mail man bwahaha
  14. vaness, try reviewing a pathophysiology book again, just a quick review. bcoz it will help u a lot on understanding a lot of med surg/priority questions. :wink2: update: oops, som1 already told u bout' pathophysio , anyways, goodluck ^^
  15. thx, ill tell u guys once i receive my results :)
