I just completed the NCLEX exam. Glad I only got 75 questions, but I dont know how I did. Think I messed up on one of the math questions. Got about 5-7 SATA, priority and pharm questions. Dont know what to think. In some cases it was hard to choose an answer so I went with my gut.
Wish me luck! Thanks for all your support.
I took the NCLEX July 31, 2008 and still waiting for the results. I already planning on how I can prepare for the second time because this is the first time in my life I take a test that I have to guess almost all the questions. I really prepared well for this test. I have enough knowledge to be chalenge in any nursing topic. I passed all the diagnostic tests with grade no less than 80. I know all the test taking techniques, I did tones of NCLEX style questions. I just realize that there is not book or review course that can prepare you for the NCLEX. The entire test was about who you assess first and choose all that apply. I was not sure of a great amount of questions. My test stopped @ 75. Failing at 75 is worst than failing at 265 because one should be really stupid or really panicked to not be allowed to go further. I'm very sad......
susy40,
just stay positive. just remember that 85% pass the first time. i also think that if you have lots of SATAs... u will definitely pass. most of the people who had the test that have lots of SATA passed. i felt the same way you are right now. i also felt like my head was floating when i took the test. the only answer that i was sure i was right was the math question that i said i got wrong... i was lying. hehe. :wink2: i know you will pass... just don't lose hope... God Bless!
