Just took my NCLEX today

Hi ,

I took my NCLEX today. I walked out of the testing center feeling very unsure of myself. I did real good in school. I averaged 95 % .This is the first time I really think I didn't pass.It's really frustrating. Now I've got to deal with the big waiting game. I'm still hoping for the best. Just thank GOD it's not the end of the world and I'm still breathing. lol

the test is very hard, but honestly, the test is not about being smart, or having a high GPA.... it's about logic. The nclex is not testing you to see if you are an expert at nursing, they just want to know if you are a safe practicioner at an entry level position. it's a basic nursing test.

I felt the same way you did a couple of days ago... but I know in my heart I did the bes I possibly could... I just wasn't sure if I picked the right things.
