Hello,

I was prepared for all 265 questions, so I wasn't surprised when the computer didn't shut off at 75. I was hoping I would get more of those bolded or priority questions before the computer shuts off, because that would mean that I am above the passing line (or so I was told). However the last few questions were neither priority nor basic knowledge questions. They looked just like regular practice questions like "in which situation would the nurse intervene", or "which interventions does the nurse include". I don't know what to think. I felt so numb when the computer shut off at 140, I wanted more time so I could prove myself.

Throughout the entire exam, there were a lot of SATA (around 20-30), 1 math, 4-5 drag&drop, and only few on isolation precaution. None of delegation. I was getting a lot of priority/bolded questions during the first half of the exam, and not so many starting around question #120, they were showing up every 5th-6th question. Also there were a lot of unfamiliar drugs (I thought I was prepared for pharm, I made over 500 med notecards that I reviewed daily).

I did Pearson Vue Trick when I got home, and 4-5 hours afterwards, and got a good pop up. But still, I heard that it's not accurate during the first 24 hours. Was Pearson Vue Trick accurate for you?

I am freaking out right now. Did any of you felt like you failed after the computer shut off between 75 and 265? Any suggestions on how to survive the 48 hour wait time and how to pull yourself up if you fail?

Good luck and best wishes! Please let me know when you pass:up:
