I just took the nclex-pn yesterday. It was not at all like the saunders practice questions, it was so much harder! I had so many med ?s I had never heard of and all of them multiple answer. So feel like I failed.
Who all cut off at 85 and did you pass or fail?
And do you think I could have passed if I got 6 or 7 med questions wrong? So nervous, its all I can think about.
By the way, this is a great place, everyone is great here!!
Thanks for your response!

I'm feelin' ya. I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday. I had at least 5 meds that I had no idea what they were. I got cut off at 75. The anticipation is killing me.
I'm chainsmoking and drinking coffee like it's going out of style. We'll wait it out together!!!

Butterfly26pn,
I took the Nclex-pn exam on Wed. got my results today, and I passed with 85 questions. I stuck to Saunder's only. With Saunder's I stuck to the strategies they used, like ABC's, and anytime I saw a choice that had "avoid, always, never, etc", I eliminated that choice, no matter if it made sense.
I can definately say that Suzanne is right, it's is ABC's and common sense. I finally saw that using the Saunder's Book.
Stay positive, and BELIEVE that you passed. I know that I got questions wrong, but that still doesn't determine if you passed or failed. ...
STAY POSITIVE AND STRONG...

can i join you; my results are pending as well from 12/28/06 in Florida. i am beginning to go nuts and spend as much time on this site to keep me same. :uhoh21:
The more the merrier. :) I guess I find out Mon. with Pearson Vue , I was hoping I would find out today but guess they dont give results on Sat. I could not imagine waiting for that long, I feel for ya. I also have been spending time on this site. Watched Blood Diamond last night to keep mind off test and still thought about it during the movie! Great movie BTW.
Do you have any feeling about the test- feel you passed or fail? Where did your test cut off at? I had so many multiple answer questions , I was so not expecting that many.
Good luck to ya!

I thought PearsonVue didn't post the results on the weekend but someone corrected me once and said they were a 24/7 thing (it's done via a computer)....so you might want to keep checking. It should come 48 hours from the time you tested.
they do bring results on weekends. better try. if none, wait til monday.
OMG!!! Just checked pearson vue!! I PASSED!!!!! YEAH!!!! Thanks for the advice!!!:balloons: :balloons:
