So on 4/5/13 i took NCLEX for the first time and failed. I had only 75 questions...i was extremely nervous and anxious and i didnt take my time. I let the anxiety get the best of me and so i did terrible. I cried and now im over it, its time to jump back on the bandwagon and pass this test the next time around. Here is where i need help....i need some study techniques or resources that was used that helped anyone out. So far ive used kaplan, saunders, and ATI. If there are any other resources that would be of any assistance please help. im trying to give myself 90 days from today to sit for it again.

Is it really hard? Try practicing SATA questions and brush up your content review. There's nothing wrong in trying again! Believe in yourself!

Also, download NCLEX 3500 for free. Those questions really helped me. Especially for SATA questions. You'll pass next time. Stay positive, have faith and believe in yourself!!!

Hello. You sound motivated to kick butt next time which is a part of passing the test. Considering you failed at 75 questions (like I did the first time) I suggest you brush up on content material but do not only focus on that. Practice practice questions! This will help you pass mostly. If your funds allow, purchase the LaCharity book, NCSBN (for questions) and use the free NCLEX-3500 online. These are the closest to the actual NCLEX and most helpful. Good luck!
i was in the high 50s and mid 60s...i would do like 100 questions a day.

I passed my nclex the 2nd time.. I used Saunders 5th edition , Kaplan and Hurst. I practiced answering 100 questions/day .. 50 in the morning and the rest in the evening. I did that because I get tired from answering 100 questions in 1 sitting. Lastly, pray for divine intervention.. You can do it good luck
