Just passed the NET now what?

Published

I just passed the NET last week. I am considering CNA or phlebotomist while I am waiting to get into to nursing school. Will I get enough experience being a phlebotomist or should I just do CNA? I still have to take one prereq. before I can apply.

TravisandJamie01,

I couldn't reply to you directly, not enough posts. Anyways, this is the 2nd time I applied. I still have to complete Micro and Humanities elective. My plan is to do it next summer. I am soooo sorry to hear you didn't get in :crying2:

I have a 4.0 and got a 85 on my NET. I do think they have you apply twice. I wish you luck for the fall!

Specializes in none.

Thank you! Good luck in the Nursing program!

Thanks Snow76, enjoy the classes. I am just worried about the TEAS (Not HESI as I wrote earlier). Its now 6 months since I took A&P, Chem and Mat. My friend did get in first application. She has completed all of her pre & co Reqs. and has a 4.0 GPA. I think she will be turning it down though as she wants to go to SoCAL instead.
