that was the worst test i have taken, ever. im really not sure how i did, and i cannt even say how you are supposed to prepare for the test.you either have a good base or not. i had alot of prioritizing pt care, like which pt would you care for first, which meds would you give first, etc.
it shut off at 85-90 im not even sure, i wasnt paying attention to the number, it took me about an hour.
not sure how i feel about it at all. i tried the pearson vue trick and i got the good popup, but i will have to wait and see, my state doesnt have the quick results, so ill have to wait on the board of nursing.

I took it this morning and feel the same way! I think 70% of my exam were SATA questions which are my weakness. Ugh.

Good luck.
Thanks. I actually didn't have that many sata. I don't like them either maybe 10 at the most. Sata were the only alternate format questions I had too

I took my test in Morgantown too........way back in the olden days when it was the state boards and lasted 2 days. My roommate was so nervous about the exams that she fainted.
Good luck to you!!
Ok in reality it was probably only 30% hahaha but it felt like every question that came up was a SATA. I was probably about 20-25. It was torture...
I had an "exhibit" one also and I think that was it for alt format. didn't get a single med calculation (of course cause I rock those lol!!)
Good luck to you!

I didn't get any med calc questions either. Like you, I am good at those. lol
I had one med calculaton. Yea all the importance stressed on that in school and only one question
oh I also had a bunch of isolation questions. Did you?
yes alot of isolation, ive been reading people who have taken the test and it seems like we all had generally the same stuff. prioritizing and isolation/infection control

I know the feeling, took the test on Wed and ended up with around 110 questions; I felt really crappy on the way out and it was a long drive home for me. I did the PV trick at a friends house, who had just passed the NCLEX himself, and I got the good pop up. Even though the PV trick works 100% of the time there is still something in the back of your mind until you see a license. Well when I woke this morning I saw my name on the FL BON website; it was definitely a relief. Good luck to you, hopefully your BON is as quick as mine was.
PVT works, found out today that i passed. 1 hour and 80-85 questions and im an RN. unbelievable
