Just found out NCLEX-RN has changed

Nursing Students NCLEX

:o We were informed that the NCLEX-RN format has changed this year. I graduate in May and will take it in June. It has gone from being a multiple choice only to fill in the blank, labeling, and even where you are supposed to select more than one answer and have all of them correct to count. So, now, our nursing exams will follow the same format. I really was comfortable with multiple choice even though it is still hard, but this is awful! What's is everybody else's opinion?

Dont worry about it , it is only a study and wont count towards your results! You will be fine!

We were told about the new format last spring, and we all panicked, thinking that everything was going to change. One of my instructors went to a NCLEX meeting this fall and was told that for the next several years that there will be a MAXIMUM of 3 of the new type questions, and that most would only get one dosage calculation question. I think that it is safe to say that we should all take a deep breath and relax. We all have enough stress in our lives without worrying about ONE question on the exam

As of I think this past October, the new questions DO count... But you just don't see very many of them on the tests yet.

People need to stop thinking they don't count, because they do!!!!!!
