Just finished my first interview...

The lady and I got along very well over the phone and I could tell she liked me.

She said that she will call me back in a week and a half after the background check.

Does it mean anything? Does it mean I may have gotten the job? Its in ND and I know they are super new grad friendly.

It's for a medical oncology floor.
