Joliet Junior College TEAS & RN Spring 2015

Published

Well it is finally here, and I take the TEAS exam at JJC next Thursday. I have been studying for over 2 months, and I still do not feel ready. I paid and took the ATI on-line TEAS exam A twice. The first time I choked, and the second time was in the 80's. I am applying to the JJC RN Spring 2015 program. Just curious if there are any other students out there like me getting ready to take the TEAS? :nailbiting:

Good Luck today, Lindsay!! You got this! :geek:

Thanks! I got the same score! Haha

Does anyone know how long it will take to hear if we got accepted or not?

What was your comp/reading if you don't mind me asking? It will take about 2 months to find out. You will get an email in less than 2 weeks letting you know you are a candidate, and Id say around mid-October you will find out if you have been accepted!

Omg this wait is going to be awful!!!!! I got an 88 in the reading and an 89 on the comp.

I took my TEAS test the other day and received a 71.3% composite and a 76.2% in reading. I'm surprised at how poorly I did on the reading portion as reading (and English) are usually my strongest subjects. It's unlikely I'll be getting into the program but I applied anyway. I guess there's always hope! If I don't get in, I plan on taking the last two classes I need to transfer to Lewis.

Good luck everyone! I wish we didn't have to wait so long to hear about whether or not we got in!

I know, this wait is going to be awful! im happy you applied because were all going to get in!

Yes, but when this fall semester starts next week it will fly by! Well, I'd hope for me because I'm taking five courses as if I won't be getting into the program this coming Spring and just graduate with my AA in May and transfer to a 4-Yr institution next fall. Hopefully, we all get in would save me a great deal of stress knowing that I have been accepted lol.

Letters are out, and round 1 hurdle is over. Now the evil waiting till October 1st. At least I have phlebotomy to keep me busy until then.

ARGHHH!!!:nailbiting:

Ah thank god round one is over (even though that's the easiest part!)

Fingers crossed!!! This will be the longest wait ever!

Were they sent by e-mail or in an actual letter?? Lol.
