Hi! did you have any extracurriculars that you believe helped you stand out?

Hi, to be quite honest, I did not have extracurriculars that may have stood out. I think it was mainly based off my grades for my prerequisites that helped!

Congratulations!!

May I ask you when did you submit your application?

I submitted my application on December 19th and heard back January 6th!

did anyone apply for FAFSA? or plan to?

Hi Karen! Did you complete your prerequisites at Johns Hopkins?

Hi, no I didn't! I did my prerequisites at a community college and one of them I har already fulfilled during my undergrad

When you guys applied for early decision, was there a separate application with an earlier deadline? Because I just checked my application and it said the deadline was January 15, 2025. So now I'm not sure if I applied for early decision or not LOL

Early decision was the November 2024 date. The priority deadline which is the normal deadline was January 15, 2025. I submitted my application within the regular deadline

I just applied for FAFSA right now, but I've heard that master's students no longer qualify for federal aid, instead only qualify for federal loans. That's why they let you file as an FAFSA independent on the application.

Has anyone gotten rejection emails yet?

Did you apply using the regular application? Or the graduate plus loans?

Hi, everyone! Has anyone who applied by the priority deadline received a response yet?

My application was verified by NursingCAS on January 22nd, but I haven't heard anything from JHUSON...

Hi,

I'd give it a month at least. When I applied November 1st I didn't hear anything until mid December with the decision. Other than that I just received event notifications. Feel free to contact admissions during their virtual lunch chat sessions everyday (noon ET) to ask directly if you're all set.

I wish you the best of luck!!

Has anyone gotten any rejection emails yet? I applied in November and haven't heard anything.

I applied using the regular application. I was on a meeting for another school and they were talking about how grad students only qualify for graduate plus loans. IDK how true that is because I've never been a grad student, but my one friend who is currently a grad student also qualified for only loans.
