Hi everyone!
I am graduating in December of this year, and was lucky enough to get an interview at JHH in one of their ICU's! It is this Friday and I have been preparing relentlessly. I also read their Interview guide which was extremely helpful. I was hoping to hear from anyone who has ever interviewed with them (preferably as a new grad but I would love to hear from everyone). I'm curious about the process, the questions, what type of candidate they look for. I don't interview well but I am an exceptionally hard worker and driven. Not interviewing well makes me nervous, I want this badly. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Yeah I really like it. Frostburg's program is online right? Will you be taking advantage of the tuition rebate offered to new grads?
Yes!absolutely!
Do you remember the break down of payment when you begin for the rebate? I remember them saying they break it up into chunks but I cant remember how.
The nurse recruiter told me that JHH offers $7,500 for ADN nurses and $15,000 for BSN nurses. For BSN it's $5,000 each year for 3 years. So for ADN nurses it's $2,500 each year for 3 years.
I was a little worried at first about all the stipulations but the money definitely seems worth it in the end!

Hmmm it must be different for every unit, I don't remember the exact breakdown but it was slightly different. The amount was the same but when you receive it was different
