Hi y'all! I applied for the Entry into Nursing (MSN) program at Johns Hopkins for Fall 2022 and did not see a forum created yet. Would love to chat with other applicants and go through the process of anxiously waiting together!?

The scholarship information was listed within my official acceptance letter that was posted in their portal along with a link to other materials we need. To access this portal you will need to follow the instructions in the original acceptance letter.

Same here. I just got my acceptance this morning. From what I have read in the past threads, the acceptances seem to go out over about 10 days. Then the waitlist and denials go out at the sametime. The good news if you're waitlisted is that this program is 2x-3x bigger than most incoming classes and it's expensive, so don't be too discouraged if you're on that list. 

Yeah it is definitely a good sized cohort. The cost is for sure expensive, however, it is an MSN program so you really have to weigh the pros/cons.

I received my acceptance letter earlier this morning!! Also for reference, I was waitlisted and eventually rejected for the Fall 2021 cohort, but applied again this year and got in! So congratulations to all those accepted, and best of luck to all those waitlisted or still waiting for a decision ? I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and you'll end up exactly where you need to be!!

Hi! I applied to this program at the Jan 15 priority deadline. Does anyone know when I will hear back? Or any admissions timeline for those that applied Jan 15

For the January 15th deadline, their website says decisions are released some time in early March! ? Best of luck to you!

Would someone be able to speak a little on the video essays section? I am super nervous and do not know what to expect. I am applying this week since they are still accepting applications past their Jan 15th deadline. Good luck everyone!

Hi! Looking back at it, I don't think it was too bad considering how much I let it stress me out haha. I looked over their website before I started and made a few notes of things that might be important to mention about the program. I kept a notebook by me so I could right down my thoughts in the 30 second prep time for each question. The questions weren't hard, they felt like pretty typical essay questions. Good luck!

I was excited to see JHSON is still accepting applications for the MSN entry for this fall. I just applied this weekend. Does anyone know when application decisions will be announced for students applying so late in the cycle? I am surprised they still are accepting applications given this is the #1 program in the US.

I just applied this weekend too, fingers crossed for the both of us! I am not sure when they will let us know, I am assuming some time in late March.

I spoke with admissions today. They said we will likely know in the next few weeks before April.  Good luck to you as well!
