I agree!! I think the key word here is enrollment and enrolled, makes me think that you have an option to officially register in a class through the graduate option. EEK! ?

For those of you who do not have an account with JHU, please do not worry!! I just realized that I probably made you guys even more on edge after posting that screenshot, and I'm very sorry for that.

I'm probably reading too much into things thanks to the anxiety that has been building up since Friday. Maybe the admissions office made a record/account for every applicant for the purposes of reviewing our apps, regardless of decision. I clicked through more carefully, and there wasn't anything of substance under that MSN account. The financial aid and registration tabs were both inaccessible. So, it's probably not a big deal, and I'd hate to get my (and others') hopes up. I simply hope for the best outcome for all of us. Anyhow, we'll figure this out together - and hopefully soon! Honestly don't know what I'd do without this amazing support group. See you all in the morning. ?

Guys I remember this same thing happened to someone in the early deadline! They were taking their prereqs at JHU and when decisions were starting to roll out, a second record was created for them. I don't remember whether or not if this person ended up being accepted, but I’m pretty sure it would happen to everyone taking JHU prereqs! I wish you all good luck. And remember, just because you havent heard back yet doesn’t mean you’re getting rejected- I know the wait is killerrrrrr especially when decisions are going out sporadically throughout the week. Don’t get down on yourselves because there’s really no rhyme or reason to the order of decisions from JHU! I was accepted on the very last day they sent out early deadline decisions. Stay strong!! ❤️

Did y’all take AP1 and 2, bc I took a combined A&P class w a lab, and used that to satisfy my A/P requirement, but a friend of mine said you have to take 1 & 2 if it was a combined A/P class! I can’t find that specific info on the website anywhere though and now I’m worried it will disqualify me! Even though my nursing cas was verified and there were green check marks next to my prerequisites?

I also never had admission reach out regarding this but I’m a little on edge and was wondering what y’all did for that Pre req. thank you!!

I had separate Anatomy and Physiology classes, but I know if you have a combined A&P class you need to take both 1&2. I wouldn’t worry about it disqualifying you unless a specific school says you need all of the prerequisites completed prior to applying. You can have courses in progress with JHU when you apply. I would make sure to get enrolled with that second part of A&P though, because it will need to be complete to start any program you go into.

Yes, you have to take either one semester of human anatomy and one semester of human physiology, or two semesters of A&P (so A&PI and A&PII). If you are accepted at JHU, your matriculation into the program will be contingent on finishing A&PII and sending that official transcript in. Good thing is that JHU doesn't start until Fall 2021, so you have a while to take A&PII on Portage or even with JHU. Don't stress now, just wait for your admission decision, and if A&PII is listed as an outstanding prerequisite (it will be on page 2 of your acceptance letter), then register for it on Portage or at Community College, or with JHU asap!

I emailed the admin department and was told “we are just now starting to release decisions and will be releasing them over the next week or two,”

so to everyone that hasn’t heard back- yes there is still hope! It’s only Tuesday!! Good luck all!?
