Nursing Students School Programs
Published Aug 17, 2020
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to start a thread for the Johns Hopkins Entry into Nursing MSN program for August 2021 applicants. I started my application this week, aiming to get it in well before the November 1st deadline . Anyone else??

we are supposed to get one from both! But it takes a while to get an email from the school.

Hey y’all! I’ve also only received confirmation from Nursing CAS so far. And does anyone know if we needed to have our applications verified by the early deadline or just submitted? Thanks!!

That's a good question. I believe it's just submitted.

Hi everyone, I submitted my application early last month and I received an email shortly after (either the same day or the day after submitting my app) directly from JHUSON with the subject, "You've taken the next step in the admissions process", letting me know my app had been submitted. Did anyone else get this?

I haven't yet! I submitted on Nov 1. Do you mind sharing whats the exact email address JHUSON used to send the email so I can check my spam folder?
I submitted Nov 1. and my word counts were 340/362. I attended a Q&A at one point and someone asked if 400 or 500 words was fine and admissions said OK- so I figured going a little over would be fine as well. I submitted an addendum as well and mine was about a page double spaced 12 pt.

I emailed [email protected] and someone emailed back saying all updates should be from nursingcas. Seems like we just have to wait and as long as nursingcas verified our app, we are good to go. I also submitted 400-500 words per essay and they said that's fine!

Oh great good to know! Thank you so much for sharing!
