Johns Hopkins Entry into Nursing (MSN) Fall 2021

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to start a thread for the Johns Hopkins Entry into Nursing MSN program for August 2021 applicants. I started my application this week, aiming to get it in well before the November 1st deadline . Anyone else??

Hang in there, I am sure your application was not overlooked they owe it to us to give us a decision.

No I haven't. I was going to draft an email this evening if no word and send first thing tomorrow morning. Then if no response by tomorrow afternoon I planned to call.

I’m honestly so scared that I won't get my decision by tomorrow and then I’ll have to sit through the whole weekend with these nerves. Also scared that after all this waiting theyre gonna reject me like ? why’d you wait all week to tell me that??

Exactly - at this point I'm anticipating waitlist/denial. I will not wait through the weekend.

Why couldn’t they have just made an application portal so all of our decisions could be released at the same time ???

Just spoke with them. They are still sending out acceptance letters in small batches to avoid them going to spam folders. They mentioned it’s a very tedious process working from home but the hope is to have everything out by the end of tomorrow. If you don’t hear anything tomorrow then email them on Monday morning.

Okay that makes me feel better. Thank you for talking to them! I was getting ready to call them after lunch, but I'll leave them alone since they seem pretty busy with those decisions.

Hi all! 

Thanks for all your posts and updates! I applied for the later priority deadline. For those of you that were accepted, were there any interviews? I tried to find this information but there are 26 pages of posts to scroll through and I could not find this anywhere on their website! Thanks in advance. ?
