Moved to the international forum as per the red banner

there are several threads discussing SEC so suggest a search and read.

Without eligibility from the college I doubt you can look for any RN jobs but should be OK to look for nurse assistant jobs

Just bear in mind that any hours worked in that sort of job will not be considered as meeting the 250 hour supervised practice requirement.

could someone post any link plz where i can find anything

I took the IELTS and I passed the Canadian Requrements(SASKATCHEWAN) I am currently working here in Kuwait, confuse if I will comtinue applying for CRNE as I heard it will be a sluggish trend of getting the approval from the BON of respectve provinces. Will I be wasting my money for this, if I will still continue?Do you have the Idea of what nursing employment for IENs will be in a couple of years to come?

rimpi, there are literally dozens of threads here that discuss the SEC, CRNE, IENs, visas and all the rest. Up at the top right of your screen there's a Google search box. Type any of those keywords into the box and click on searhc and you'll have more stuff to read than you could imagine.

jorifice, there's absolutely no reliable way of predicting what the employment outlook will be for even locally-educated nurses right now. Many new graduates from this year's classes in Canada have not found work at all. So if they aren't being hired it's unlikely an employer would be willing to take on the additional entanglements involved in offshore recruiting. No one knows what's going to happen with the economy,no one knows what other changes are in store for the health care systems... although Dr Duckett announced today that he "shouldn't need to lay off anyone in the near future" in Alberta. We'll see.
