I just came here in the USA by may 2018 live in california for a month then by jul 2018 I transferreed in texas waiting for the PA lice endorsement . I am stuck with a background check since in the account registration information of licensing (pals bon account)requires us to upload a documents (mandatory-state or jurisdiction)is it fr a fbi history check ? That time (2005) It is the only hospital who is paying their applicant with a minimum wage from their first day of work but they changed it (2008 up to now i think to 2000 pesos as food allowance fr 2months) still good compared to some hospitals. I have found that working in this hospital are comparable to some hospitals when it comes to benefits. You will be having a free meal, free hospitalisation for you and your dependents(your parents, and siblings below 18)you are entitled to acquire hospital services every week if you/relatives are ill. You will work for 40 hrs /week with 15 days sick leave, 15 days vacation leave. Staff are entitled for 50%payment of IV theraphy, bls, ACLS and masteral as the other half will be shouldered by the hospital.Monthly bonus for twice a year wed 1 sack of rice anyway I hope i can give you recommendations just pm me na lang. Your testimonies enlightens me. I am a grad of 2005 and I dnt hav a problem in fnding post licensure exp. during my time. Anyway Why I was touched to your testimonies is that I am currently working in an exclusive hospitals here in the middle east, you know what i am almost irritated and fed up with the culture here. I was being hit severely by discrimination and culture shock that I wish I can pull the thread of time fr my contract to finish and rest for a long time in Pinas. But As I got the chance of reading the threads of many nursing forums giving sentiments on their unemployment status I was enliven that I was so lucky fr my status nowadays that I am just simply had the reason to be satisfied fr what I am having presently. To all those nusrses in my similar situation be contented on your working conditions as long as there is satsfying income graeter than what a RN in RO is earning traesure and maximize it. And I hope fr those nurses who are waiting fr the long lines of employment to comw I am praying that one day Nursing employment will be in de mand as previously experienced before. Dont lose faith In God above.

I am also into your similar situation , I was working in a middle easty country as OT nurse and I experienced the situation like in your theatre atmosphere. Just let it be and be true to yourself we all know that we are professionally and theoretically ahead and it should not one of your big worries. Don't worry jst ignore this and everyone knows the real scenarios. Just be true and concentrate to your work.

There are a lot of things to do if you want to focus in nursing just in case you do not find an employment for nursing esp. in clinical settings. This is the great time for you to review and finish all the exams that popular country destinations are requiring like CGFNS, IELTS HAAD, other english exams. Its not a reason for you to fail for these. Imagine those employed is quarreling wd their HN just top have long vacation in order to facilitate for the exams but they find it difficult to have an approval, so take the time to review for these exams and dont undersetimate that these time will come when you are employed. Actually you need a lot of reading attending lecturres since you will be expected to apply in different institutions and part of it is many dredging knowledge based nursing exams and we all know that competitions is very though since nursing applicants number is at its peak, only those who maintained at the top are prepared. So for those who have waited so long and aiming to land for a stable this your precous time and dont waste it. On the other hand if you will be planning to apply in other job apart from clinical settings make sure to it that it is sumhow related to nursing before youngrab another job just to have an income that is if you really want to survive in nursing career.ATTENDING NURSING SEMINAR CAN BE very expensive knowing that most of you are freshgrad and do not have earnings but again ill tell you seminars come from written texts and it can be foun on books and other related references, so instead of wasting time waiting for the right time to be hired borrowed references from your friensds and colleagues these texts from the seminar they attended to. Ya, certificates is important but the knowledge is extremely essentials. Anyway other thing is, in the IELTS the issue lots of candidates are repeating again and again and that this exam is undoubtedly difficult from NCLEX lenghty preparation is advise for this if you dont expect yourself to geta satisfactory bandscore required by the institution youy arew applying for. Circulating task can be very tiring and for me it requires seniority in an area cause the familiarity of the OR set up is very impt. and that only senior can gain this experience. Circulating task can be very enriching as you have the chance top witness and watch the flow opf procedures thus it can enhance your learning. Watch all the flow of surgeries and anlyze evry movements so that you can ask to yourself every steps in an operation. This is learning and scrub nurses misses this thing. Good Scrub always rely on a good Circulating to have a smooth surgery, so circulating must learn to scrub first in order to gain knowledge of what to anticipate in an operation.

I took the IELTS and I passed the Canadian Requrements(SASKATCHEWAN) I am currently working here in Kuwait, confuse if I will comtinue applying for CRNE as I heard it will be a sluggish trend of getting the approval from the BON of respectve provinces. 1. Have patience and determination. As i only practice by self review its difficult to establish a routine by yourself similar to review ctr organization so discipline is all you got. Absytaining from temptation to break your habbit like games, online chatting , going out with friends is really more interesting than focusing on IELTS review, but always bear in mind this hardship is just temporary and long lasting success will be on the way. 2. Accept that English mastery is very diffult and that it takes months to amny years for an individual to attain. If it is necessary for you to go back on your basic English grammra so be it, if this the only effective way and the only way. Dont grab Ielts reviewr if you attain a very low score(6 and below) 3. Accept that there is an individual differences. This is some how challenging and degrading if the result esp. on the review time will come out, some individuals attain a very high score even they spent short period of reviewing compare to an individual who is spending 1 year to 2 year of review and had took the exam for 3 times yet is still fauled. 4, Always bel;ieve in the principle of practice. Ielts succes can rely on the awareness of the exam format and that repetitively answering practicwe exams in time condition is effective way to ace the exams. Always familiarize the rules of the exam, I mean all the strategies and hints in order to select the correct answer. for me I advise to focus too much on IELTS 101 and all the answering tip found in every book, IELTS secrets "GIVE WHAT THE MONKEY WANTS" 5.Never ever scheduled for the exam irf you were not able to gauge your expected bandscore, review books are mostly standardized and the result you get is likely ther predictor of what you might get. For instance if your having a hard time attaining 7 in ospaeking , or overall then dont be in a hurry and dont worry. Always manage to find solutions on every problems again practice practice. I was so eager to apply for h1b, (as evryone desires in present retro. ) nyway i just received my visa screen cert. last october and recently to found out of the h1b opprtunity as my friend told me i can be qualified as i am working here in middle east as OR nurse of 4 years exp. But my problem I dont know if there is still h1b available for me, and is there any agency will select or prioritize me for h1b? because i didnt have any agency as i am the 1 who shouldered all my exams and visa screenin.do u see any hope that I can be file for h1b even in the beginning of 2010?I already sent hard copy of my credntials to popular agency in the philippines and 3 weeks from now I didnt got any reply from them?Im thingking that the H1b is deplted already.
