All,

I am looking for some advice on which hospitals are best to work for in the Riverside/San Bernardino Area. I recently relocated back to Riverside and need to start looking for a job closer to home. I have been considering Loma Linda, Riverside Community, Redlands Community, etc.

Any thoughts or information on local hospitals? Pay? Nurse satisfactio? Etc?

Thanks for the help!

Might be a little late, but aside from what you mentioned, look into Arrowhead County Hospital in Colton, San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland AND Rancho Cucamonga (2 locations). If you don't mind traveling a bit further west, you could look into Pomona Valley and Chino Medical Center.

A friendly tip, San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland (aka SACH) is opening up a who new building section later in 2013 (probably around summer or fall) in which they will be hiring all kinds of nurses.

Thanks. I am still in the process of applying. I will check out those options.

I hear chino valley pays about 27 an jour for a 3 year RN and they go on a scale that is non negotiable, while arrowhead pays about 32 for the same experience.... Just my 2 cents...

Can someone tell me about arrowhead regional medical hospital Colton's hiring process for nurse and long does it take to get a start date.
