JJC (Joliet Junior College) Fall 2015

Hey I don't know if a thread has already been started for this program but I am interested in applying for the February 15th deadline for the Fall 2015 start date at JJC. I haven't signed up for my TEAS yet because I don't want to pick a date that is too early or too late since I also need to begin studying but I was thinking about signing up for the Feb 2nd 4th or 5th date. If anyone else is applying to the program or is currently in the program please feel free to reply and share anything that you can. Thanks =)

do we receive a calculator for the exam? I forgot if I received one or if there was just one on the computer

There is NO calculator on the test what-so-ever. You have to do all of the calculations by hand. Good luck today!

thanks. I just came in from finishing my test and I didn't do as well as I wanted to but I'm not too discouraged. I got a 74.7 which is better than my first attempt but I wish I would've spent more time on math, which was my lowest score, since I placed so much focus on science and especially since it is my weakest subject and we couldn't use calculators. I have submitted my necessary transcripts and booked an appointment to see an advisor (which was unfortunately kind of far from now) and now I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
