Hey I don't know if a thread has already been started for this program but I am interested in applying for the February 15th deadline for the Fall 2015 start date at JJC. I haven't signed up for my TEAS yet because I don't want to pick a date that is too early or too late since I also need to begin studying but I was thinking about signing up for the Feb 2nd 4th or 5th date. If anyone else is applying to the program or is currently in the program please feel free to reply and share anything that you can. Thanks =)

I'm in her class now. She is nice. She goes off topic a little bit. She uses scenarios in everyday life when she worked at differernt laboratories. There is no homework. She does reference the textbook. Labs were pretty easy. Quizzes are online and you have 2 chances. Exams can be tricky. Her review handout is what will be on the exams. I recommend her.

Thank you, @Melinda0922! I wasn't able to sign up for her class because she only has an 8am class, and that isn't possible for me to take with my little ones :( I signed up for a class under Kim Dyer. Does anybody know anything about her? The only other option is one with Larry Crump

Oh laurynq16;8367643 do not take Larry Crump. I heard he was horrible. I heard Kim Dyer is good.

Question...I heard a rumor. Just asking. A girl told me that her counselor said if you get an invite to write an essay then you are basically in the program. Anybody have any insight on this? Thanks in advance. If so that would be nice. But I usually don't go off of rumors. I just store info like this but check more into it.

I heard the acceptance/denial letters will be sent out on April 10th.

I don't know if that is true or not, as I haven't heard it. When I had talked to the department prior to the essays, they said everyone below an 80 had to write the essay in order to rank everyone. If everyone that took it had a seat, there would be no point to having people write it. HOWEVER, I hope there is some truth to it for you!!
