Hey! I thought I would start a thread for all the people that are applying for summer admittance into jeff state so we could get to know our possible future classmates. They're accepting 50 on each campus and with the compass completely gone,and the teas v being solely relied on plus course points of course, I think this will make for a INTERESTING admission process to say the least! Any input and comments are welcomed;-)

Seriously?? I've always heard that was the easiest!!! I have a friend that told me to read the first hundred pages of the health assessment pages. What else would u recommend? And I've always heard that fundamentals was the hardest! But u saying it's easy helps me feel alot better!

Okay it is different when you take it in the summer health assessment gets pushed to the side and if you don't go over it in lab its kind of hard to think it through but HA is something you should go over because they go in order fund you dont know where there going to start

That does make sense! Thanks for the heads up! Hey have you heard of the book "fundamentals success" by vitale? If so is it really a good book to help in fundamentals? And I've got pharmacology success also by the same publisher.

Can anyone tell me the point cut-off for summer admission?

I've heard around 189/251. But no way to be sure. They keep saying that because this is only the second time they've used the teas v test. Are u applying for the fall??

Yes, I am. I heard starting the program in summer is super difficult. This past semester, lot's of people were "dropped". Yikes!

It sounds like you guys have a lot of enthusiasm, which is great!

A good thing for you guys to be studying would be cranial nerves- what each one is and how to test it. When I was in 1st semester health assessment was definitely the hardest on everyone. But good luck!!

So basically it's health assessment and fundamentals we need to be worried about??! Or all of it including pharmacology??

Thats not true I started this past summer and only 2 people failed 1 failed health assesment and the other was clueless and failed everything Futurernjap you don't need to buy anything you will be fine just enjoy your time off because it will be dec before you get another real break

Also don't listen to other people just wait and see for yourself we just had a lot of people fail 201 and if you heard their side it would make you not even want to try but the ones who passed will tell you it was fair now if you guys just want to worry about something you can worry about O.B. it was easy the whole term then came finals and she dropped a bomb on us that was the hardest test I ever had most of us fail but she was fair and threw out some questions oh and they will sort of baby you first term
