Hello everyone. So since there isn't one so far I'll start a thread for the fall applicants. Post your scores, campus and if your applying for full time or part time

I have spoke with someone in the nursing department and she said that they are still working on the acceptance emails and it may take until friday or possibly monday to get them all done because they have 605+

605 emails or applicants over all? I thought they went over all applicants before they sent emails.

605+ applicants over all i assume because they only take 28-32 people for each program.

An advisor told me 50 at Shelby and Jefferson each. Then 30 at Pell City and Clanton each. Some people are saying they are taking more this fall. I heard anywhere between 160-250 total for the fall, but I don't know.

Ealangley, I was under the impression that it was only based on the grades of classes that pertain to the program, but I could be wrong...

You mean like all pre nursing classes? Those are the only college classes ive ever took. I just didn't know if they only take the GPA of Math, Eng, and the first two bios.

This is what the application checklist says, "Minimum of 2.5 GPA is required on academic core college courses. The core college courses include:

ENG101, MTH100 or higher, BIO201, BIO202, BIO220, PSY210*, SPH106 or 107 & Humanities elective.

Only the first passing grade of C or higher is calculated. Course forgiveness may be applied." So, I would think those are the only classes that they take into consideration for your gpa.

Has anyone got a email with a GPA of 3?

So have all letters been sent out yet? Advisors keep saying people are going to continue to get acceptance letters until the end of the month. Also, I thought they sent out rejection letters first.

I had 38 points.

I had 38 points

Congratulations on your acceptance! Do you mind me asking what your gpa was? I Just know Shelby days is the hardest to get into and I know people who had 40's, Shelby days first choice, ands still got sent to Jefferson.
