Hey everyone! I know this is sort of early, but I am planning on applying for the Fall 2014 nursing program at the Jeff State / Center Point campus! Looking for other Fall hopefuls :nurse::up:

Oh and medisave shipped super fast, I got it in two days! I guess bc mine was in stock.. But I had just chosen the cheapest option for shipping.

I didn't get the rainbow finish, only because I didn't like the gold up top, lol! But I did love the rainbow part!!

My favorite was the copper finish, but I don't like the chocolate tube :( if they had a pink or teal colored tube on a copper finish I would go that route ?

I saw one on Pinterest I looooovvvveeed it was rose gold finish with light pink tube.. But I couldn't find it ANYWHERE!!

Woo hoo! I had a prenatal visit today and apparently it's standard to check rubella titres at your first appointment! I'm immune and that's one less shot :) plus, today's my glucose test so my dr. Is going to check my other titres while I'm here. Score!

When we get all our immunizations and titers do we have to get papers proving that we've had everything or just the medical form with signatures?

They have to sign each line and date for the immunizations, it's all on the form

That's what I thought I just remembered seeing A slide at orientation that said bring medical form and documentation so I'm confused.

I have a question. I'm ordering the skills packs and it's asking me for shipping information. Do I put the school address on there?
