Jeff State Fall 2014 Hopefuls

Hey everyone! I know this is sort of early, but I am planning on applying for the Fall 2014 nursing program at the Jeff State / Center Point campus! Looking for other Fall hopefuls :nurse::up:

I had the full medical form but when I click to pay for background check it always freezes no matter what computer I use:(

Nevermind, when I opened up the file on my computer instead of my phone, it pulled up the full medical form!

Does anyone know if we have to have access codes for first semester books?

I have not heard anything by mail or email. I applied for the n/w program. I didn't expect to get in but it would nice to know if I got in or not instead sitting around worrying. Right now I'm trying to look at it as no news is good news.

I know emails for n/we went out Tuesday, but we had until Friday to accept our spots. How many points did you have? You may have been "on the line" and might be in if people turned down their spots.

I applied for full time annd part time with 166.5 points and i recieved my rejection letter yesterday by mail. :( I have got to get a better score on my teas. It seems from previous posts that being in the 180's is a good chance.

Unfortunately I applied with a 157 I believe. That's why I didn't think I would get in.

I'm thinking n/w cutoff was 170-175. I saw an acceptance with somebody having a 176 ish. I used the book called 5 TEAS practice tests and scored a 93.3, so I highly recommend that book!

Keep in mind I believe wallace has a night and weekend nursing program now. I'm now sure when the deadline is but I don't think it has passed. Good luck :-/

Yea I also applied for Lawson State's night program so I'm hoping to hear something about that in mid July. If not I guess I have to find a night and weekend job and just go to UAB and get my BSN since it would take the same amount of time

Lawson does have a night program....their deadline is July1st. I was considering that if I didn't get in at Jeff State...
