I got accepted into shelton's program but saw that a few of you were doing the CPR class in hoover. I am signed up and was wondering... It says check or money order. Do you think they take personal checks or do you think they need a certified check? I just don't want to get up there and have the wrong thing.

Hi natpoe as of yet I have not received a call. I had emailed an adviser earlier in the week and she said letters were going out this week. How many points did you apply with and what campus? Also did you check your pipeline account to see if your major has changed? I applied for the full time Rn at the Shelby campus and had 207.5 points. I checked my pipeline and my major has changed from pre nursing to nursing Rn and it says Shelby campus. So even though I have not gotten a call (my last name starts with Q) I am trying to stay positive since my major has changed. Someone had posted on an earlier post that it might be next week when they are finished calling everyone!!! I tried to call the nursing department but only got the voice mail. It I hear anything I will surely let you know. Stay positive :)

Has anyone received their packet yet? She told me that she would email it this week, but I didn't get it. I heard some people say it will come in the regular mail...I just wanted to get everything in order b/c she said we HAVE to have the background check before orientation.

And BusyMom: I'm pretty sure you got in...Keep trying to call. I had to call a few times before I got an answer. I think I remember you saying that you had all of the pre-reqs done, and they love that too. Plus when they called me, they called the wrong number (even though I listed my primary).

My friend applied for Shelby full time. She called and they informed her that they didn't have an opportunity to notify everyone so they will call more people on Tuesday 07/05/2011... 207.5 is a great score BusyMom...

To bear'smommy08 I tried to call finally left a message. I figured with it being a holiday weekend everyone left early. But Staying positive and waiting lol

to teejazzy2 Thanks for letting me know that they are still going to be calling on Tuesday. even though my degree on pipeline has changed I guess I still want that "official call" lol. But I will be at cpr class tomorrow!!!!! :nurse:
