I will go ahead and start this post for people applying to Jeff State Nursing Program Fall 2010. I know there are people out there with questions...I know I have a ton myself...I guess we can start with the amounts of points people are applying with with what classes??This should give us an idea of maybe where the cutoff will be...it was like 186 for Summer 2010!
Yes I hope they can hold it together. Mine wasn't all together when they had it either. We will just have to see. Yea apparently some people still have pre reqs to take in the program. I just have to be devoted. We should all be fine with 190 to 200 scores. I just hate we have to wait so long.
Haha...yea I spoke with the head of the program yesterday about taking the pre reqs in the program, and she was trying to tell me which semesters were best to take them in. She said 2nd is by far the worst semester, and she said there would be no problems for people with 190 and up. The cutoff has never been that high. I am just very nervous about the dosage calculations!I already have the dang book and reading it! Good luck to you too!
Hopefully you will be fine!I think the part time program usually has the same or slightly lower cutoff than the full time. I don't know why this is, part time almost seems just as appealing if you have to work. Many of the people seem to have to. I think you should be ok!congrats on 190!I think most people on this board will probably have the higher scores because we are all slightly OCD!haha
Yes it has...I talked to the head of the Nursing Dept at Jeff St today, and she said it would be 1st or 2nd week of June for letters...loooooong wait...haha...my friend just went to a little question and answer session and he said they told him the cut off was going to be a little higher than normal this year...I am very impatient...

Yes. I had the same thought about them losing something I turned in. I had all my stuff in a big envelope. They took it out as soon as I handed them the application and said they didn't need the envelope. I had 3 transcripts with that application and it wasn't even stapeled together. Clearly it's a recipe for disaster. LOL. Hopefully they can keep track of all our paperwork and all will be OK. OH, there were 6 third semester nursing students in my micro class this spring so it can be done. It just makes things a little harder because you have more to study.
