Hi i wanted to know who applied For Ju in the fall 2010

or have been accepted to the program is it a god program over there

thank you i appled and i got a interview in the next 2 weeks

Honestly I think that a wait list letter is a nice way of saying all the spots have been filled. I think the only way we could get selected is if someone had to drop from the program for some reason:crying2:. Maybe well get in next semester.

Has anyone received an Official acceptance letter as of today?

It's the Holiday weekend and I was wondering if letters were mailed?

yes , I received an official acceptance letter on Wed , along with all the to-do list infos :)

if you guys have any question , feel free to ask me , and once I'm in the program in August , I'll try to tell ya'll some insights to hopefully help prepared everybody better for the program .

Same here. But it will be here before we know it. Enjoy the rest of summer. :D

Anyone else get excepted to the program? (Received letters in the mail)

I did not receive a letter of acceptance, but was speaking to someone in the department about where I stood as far as the wait list. I was told I was one of the top 5, not sure which one maybe # 5, with my luck:lol2:, but was told not to lose hope as of yet into getting in this semester. I was told just because a student was notified about acceptance does not mean they will attend, since JU is more expensive than most places. Many factors come into play mainly financial aid, which some may not have enough of and choose to go to another school more affordable. I was told this has happened every semester, where they do not get an confirmation from the prospective student, or they drop because of finances. But any how I will keep my fingers crossed and pray extra prayers, and if it was meant to be then it will simply happen.;) But I refuse to give up, on my dream.

Well I will tell you from experience with JU that that is true. Last semester there were 2 students that even paid the $300 enrollment fee and didn't show up and didn't even call or anything to notify anyone. So there is definitely still hope, so don't give up! JU is very expensive and that turns lots of accepted applicants away, so just keep in touch with admin and stay informed.

Just curious in the instance of the 2 who did not show up, did they replace them with people from the wait list?
