Ivytech 2015 Fall Admission

Published

Hi!

I didn't see a thread for this and wanted to start something up. I have read up on discussions online, talked to people I know, and watched some youtube videos to see how other are doing. I just basically want to know where everyone is at in the admission process. What are your teas scores? Have you applied? Which program ASN or LPN?

Thanks and good luck!

Madison people are getting acceptance letters today

I sent an email to South Bend and she said that they will send out letters next week for acceptance and emails for others...

I studied for teas for three months and got a 90. It was really hard, much harder than I expected.

And yes, many people on our Facebook group recieved Madison acceptance letters today!

Received an acceptance letter from the Madison campus! :geek:

I personally, finished all of them before hand I have two kids and just could not imagine taking on the full time nursing program plus extras!

Also, I only studied for the teas for one week. I didn't do as well as I wanted. I got a 73%. For me, the science was the easiest. I got an 80-something in that section, reading comprehension and math killed my score, lol.

Study up for the TEAS! Do not underestimate how hard it is. I watched a lot of khan academy on YouTube, bought an online practice test and the study guide. I scored an 87. Science was hardest for me, I got an 80%. I scored 97% in the reading, and a 90% in math. Of all the subject areas, I felt like the math was the easiest.

Thank you! Hope you guys get your letters soon!

Has anyone heard anything from the Northwest region? I am so nervous and Monday is a holiday so no mail until Tuesday! I know I am right on the cusp with a 134. It could go either way for me so I am hoping and praying for good news. Good luck to everyone! :)
