I beefed up my summer course load and plan to take MAT 118, COM 102, and IVY 104, all online. Anyone else taking these?

I applied to Lawrence. I turned in my application on Aug 15th, and the message at the nursing office says they STARTED sending the letters out on Sept 30th, so literally any day now.....I'm trying to be patient....:sniff:

Is anyone currently or have taken APHY 201? That class is kicking my butt! We have not yet taken a test or had any real assignments worth anything yet but I am worried. I feel totally lost during lecture and lab both and the whole physio x lab on the computer is not clicking in my head. I am so bummed that I am having so much trouble any suggestions that might help me make it through the course with at least a C? I am a great student with a 4.0 and want to do well but at this point a C is my goal. I am also taking at this time Micro and an IVY 101 class, as long as I complete these classes all co-reqs will be done! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!:bowingpur:deadhorse(that is so wrong? dead horse who would think of that)

Ugh, I feel for ya! I worked my butt off for a B in that class. All I can say is study, study, study!!! Did your book come with a cd? I heard those can help. See if there are any websites that might help, I found a lot that helped me through 101 & 102. I really didn't think I was comprenhending it either, but now I have had a few classes that have talked about stuff we covered in 201 and I was like wow!:eek: I know this stuff!!

now that i know that bdwgb got her letter i am freaking out! my mailman won't be here until at least 3:plsebeg:..................i need to keep myself busy!

who has taken math 118? i know i've said it before but i just need to say again, how much i hate it. it took me 3 1/2 hours to finish 7.3 and 7.4 homework today. i kept clicking on "help me solve this" or "show me an example" i will not retain any of it for the test! i'm going to see a math tutor on tuesday, hopefully he will shed some light in my math dim brain.:typing

Thanks! Are you taking it in 16 weeks? I just scrambled and signed up for the 8 week class. I am a heck of a lot better at time management with memorization rather than papers and 5000 discussion boards a week!
