Ivy Tech Spring 2015 hopefuls!

Hey everyone! So the deadline has officially passed... and now we wait! I haven't seen any dedicated threads for Spring semester yet, so I figured this would be a good way to support each other and provide updates so we can try to get through the month of September together. I hope we can maintain at least a little bit of our sanity until then!

So who else is waiting for the letter(s)?

Received my acceptance email from Valpo office but attending Gary Campus ASN! I am so happy!!! Any fellow Gary campus students here?

I got my acceptance email for the Gary campus as well!

I applied to both the Valpo and Gary campuses.. I am nervous and excited at the same time. Waiting on the letters is a bit nerve racking. I got A's in all my prereqs and an 88 on the TEAS. I really want the Valpo campus but I heard they are extremely competitive so I applied for both.

Have you heard anything yet?

Do you guys know if we do spring summer fall, or spring, fall, spring?

Im hoping/guessing it has to do with what classes you have to complete. I hope its Spring, Summer, fall. I only have Nurs classes to take. :-)

I can only say for sure about Evansville, but they have no summer classes... Although an easy way to find out is on campus connect, search for NURS classes for summer on your campus(probably view only) and see if anything pops up.

I think I read somewhere that the LPN program is required to go through the summer and the ASN program does not go through the summer.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did that and found 2 classes I can take this summer if I am following the curriculum, hopefully they are still available when I go to orientation.
