I am currently a pre nursing student at the Fort

Wayne campus. I have some questions.

I may be a little early but I would like

to get feedback from those who are about

to apply.

First, I am applying for next fall cohort

now I have all these courses with these grades as of now.

ENG111 B

PSY101 B

APHY101 C, let me say I first took this in

2011 at IPFW. I am hoping to retake this for an

A and points.

COMM101 B

SOC 111 B thinking of replacing with PSY 201

to boost gpa.

I have to take APHY 201 & either BIOL211

or CHEM101.

What I need to know is can we take APHY201

with APHY101/102 either of them?

My plan is to get most of my pre and co reqs,

completed prior to entering the program. Any

advice would help. Thanks!

This is my first post here. Hello everyone!

I am hoping to apply for the ASN program at Lawrence for Spring 2016, but am waiting on a CLEP I just took for the ENG 111 requirement. It felt like it went well, but we'll see! In both APHY 101 and PSYC 101 I got an "A".

I take my TEAS in a week. I'm cutting it close with the deadline but I like the pressure!

Holly, I think you might have to finish Anatomy 102 before taking 201. I wouldn't think you could take those at the same time but I could be wrong. I do think you can look it up in campus connect though!

Hyrule thanks so much for responding to my

post. I really needed insight on that

since I do have to take Anatomy 2. It would

be great to take them at once but if not

I have a plan set out if I have to

separate my sciences.Also what about

taking Chem101 and Anatomy 201 can those

be taken together if I took Anatomy 1&2

and passed.

Or would I need to take Anatomy before

Chemistry?

Holly, I'm almost positive you can take Chem and 201 at the same time. I'm sure a lot of people take those at the same time because they're considered co-reqs. I think you'll be fine!

Awesome Hyrule, this has mad my day.

Now what I can do as far as scheduling

classes. I may need to apply in the spring

of 17 but at least I will have all my pre reqs and

reqs out of the way when I apply and I will

be able to do well on the TEAS exam.

My 2016 year will be busy so again thanks

Ok, I take my teas this fri. I have been studying like crazy and I got a 68 on the online ati practice test. I have been getting mid 70's on the written ones. I'm so freaked now. I lost out on 5pts due to a B in eng. Any of u not do so hot on the online and go on to do well on the actual?

I found the ATI online practice exams to be really difficult. It was actually very discouraging to me. I bought both a and b and didn't even finish them. I've read a lot of comments on other threads of people agreeing that the online practice tests are much harder. It gives you a good feel for the test but in my experience the actual test was easier. Don't get discouraged!
