I plan on applying to the LPN-RN transition for summer 2016. The deadline is feb1st. I've seen everyone make posts for it for every year except this year? Does that mean nobody is applying ??? Lol. Just wanted to know what grades / Teas score everyone got.

got a low TEAS score, planning on retaking it in a few days. Very nervous abt TEAS. Not sure how people are getting freaking 80's & 90's, but kudo's to you guys, seriously. I'm jealous..

Hello everyone. I've been MIA for a while, I did not get accepted to the Gary campus like I had hoped for. I was really down. Then 2 weeks ago I received a call from the Valpo campus to be on the wait list. Did not know there was a such thing. As of 1:45 today I was officially accepted and will be right along with you guys. I will have a personal one on one orientation next week. Can anyone fill me in on what I need to know. Do I need to do the 2 step TB or wait to do the second TB.
You will need an updated PE with your physician. They will get you the forms. You will need a 2 step PPD, influenza vaccine, updated Dtap (or Tdap depending on your vaccine history/last dose of Dtap), etc. I would start with getting your vaccine records together (and figuring out what if anything you are do for) and starting the 2 step PPD since that can take some time. Congrats on making it in! They will get you the info about the drug screen & background check. That was a little over $100 if I recall right.
