I plan on applying to the LPN-RN transition for summer 2016. The deadline is feb1st. I've seen everyone make posts for it for every year except this year? Does that mean nobody is applying ??? Lol. Just wanted to know what grades / Teas score everyone got.

got a low TEAS score, planning on retaking it in a few days. Very nervous abt TEAS. Not sure how people are getting freaking 80's & 90's, but kudo's to you guys, seriously. I'm jealous..
Anyways, the majority of my corequisites are completed. I'm just one class from being done :)
I have mine next week. I already have my background check, drug screen, updated CPR, PE, 2 step PPD, and vaccine schedule all done. It's not too bad once you get started with it. CertifiedBackground is a pretty easy website to navigate.
Mine isn't until Thursday this week. Why do you say out of pocket? Won't financial aid help cover some of the costs? I cannot believe you have to have a separate top for lab than clinicals. It should all be the same uniform (save some $$$).

Had my orientation. It sounds like they have a pretty good plan for our class. I met some of my classmates. I knew a few from other classes. It's nice that we have a good mix of younger and older students. I am so ready to get May started
I registered and had to print proof that I had paid. I then took that to the Nursing Sec. who gave me the drug screen sheet to then take to another facility.
I will say certified profile is a bit frustrating with your vaccines, especially the flu one. I would get stuff uploaded or faxed to them asap.
Hello everyone. I've been MIA for a while, I did not get accepted to the Gary campus like I had hoped for. I was really down. Then 2 weeks ago I received a call from the Valpo campus to be on the wait list. Did not know there was a such thing. As of 1:45 today I was officially accepted and will be right along with you guys. I will have a personal one on one orientation next week. Can anyone fill me in on what I need to know. Do I need to do the 2 step TB or wait to do the second TB.
