Thought I would start a thread to see how many people were applying to Ivy Tech's Fall 2012 nursing programs.
I will be applying to the Fort Wayne campus. Looking to see if they are any others out there who might be joining me.
Please feel free to post where you are applying, and then once those letter get mailed out at the end of May, let us know if you got in!
I check the Ivy Tech message boards multiple times a day. And now that I see some of the scores being posted I am really freaking out!
I know every campus has a different pool, but it's still scary to see someone who has a score slightly higher than yours get an alternate letter!
Next week can't come soon enough. At least I have Advanced Human Physiology to keep me busy while I wait!
got my letter today from Columbus and got accepted into ASN! :) i couldn't believe they came so early. i applied to sellersburg and bloomington as well and even though columbus is my third choice....i can sleep easier knowing i will at least have a spot this fall. my score was a 173.3
does anyone know where columbus does clinicals? this will be a big determining factor for me if i get accepted to one of the other campuses.
Goodluck to everyone!!!
Okaaaayyy... if they are not sending out the letters right away, then that's their prerogative... but the Dean should at least do us the courtesy of coming up with a believable reason. If they are too busy to get them done yet, that's fine; just be professional about it. my complaint for the day. :)

Michellenc,
I laughed out loud at your post... I check the IvyTech website obsessively, as well as this site. :) Sometimes I even delete my computer history so my family can't see how many times I log on a day. :) I read lists, class schedules, etc... but then I'm afraid I'm jinxing myself, so I stop. I did fairly well with the waiting until I saw Columbus letters had gone out. Now my anxiety has gone through the roof. Trying my best to keep busy. Even cleaning closets and the attic, just to keep from watching the minute hands on the clock move. :) OH, well!
