Ivy Tech 'Fall 2010' Applicants

Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for those of us planning on applying by April 1st....

Has anyone taken the TEAS yet? Where are you with your pre-reqs? What campus are you applying to?

I am planning on taking the TEAS in December, so I have enough time to retake it :) and this is my first semester at Ivy Tech. I'm taking APHY 101, ENGL 111, and PSYC 101 all this semester and I will complete APHY 102 next semester. I am planning on applying to Indy.

no, she just sent me a message on facebook...she didn't get in :crying2:.....i e-mailed her back but she is offline now. i feel bad for her.

yea i feel bad for her too....i know all to well what that feels like :(

i applied to anderson, columbus, lawrence, and lafayette...you?

well, i don't know if she was going for both pn and asn either. i hope they just sent them out all at once!

well, i don't know if she was going for both pn and asn either. i hope they just sent them out all at once!

well if you can get the cut off numbers i would be so grateful....i am just sick to my stomach of all of this waiting and wondering.

all i know is she was in the high 190's. she couldn't remember her exact teas score. i think she may have only applied for asn program.

I got my letter from Valpo today and unfortunately my 202 wasn't enough to get in. I applied to both, however I only recieved one letter. I am sure LPN letters will follow soon. I now have to play the waiting game again (Gary).

Well, if your 202 wasn't good enough then my 203 probably wasn't either. Seriously I wish there wasn't a point system. Getting A's and a fantastic TEAS score does not mean you are going to be an awesome nurse!! I understand why they do it but I think they should incorporate something else into it!!

that was for the rn program only? i am going to give them a call and see what is going on and to make sure they have not lost my app.
