Ok, when I was a stupid juvenile I did have a battery case around my teen years/ Long story short I have never been into any kind of trouble after 18 years/ Now lets say if i get into the program should i let the teacher know that yes I did have a battery but it was thrown out because it happened at 15 i believe or maybe even at 14 dont remember because it was old. Should I that to the BON or the head person of the nursing program during application process?

If it was thrown out, then no.

Juvenile records are sealed in Indiana, IIRC. You should be fine, but if it were me, I'd let them know. Just so that I knew, going in, that this was never going to come up as a surprise to them.
