Its been four years and now just taking nclex, where do I start?

So ive been out of school for four years, and finally figured out that I really do want to fulfill my career as an RN. I used Kaplan and felt as though I remembered a lot more information than anticipated! Where should I go from here? I'm pretty sure I need to start as a CNA and do a refresher course before I take the test. Any other ideas??

Take the Kaplan program. It has a high success rate

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Check with your state to whether they require a refresher course. Practice questions and make sure you understand rationale to the ones you get wrong. Consider Suzanne's programme
