Just skim through the many topics on this list. My favorite one of the last few days was the discussion of how most nurses can't imagine doing the physical labor of bedside nursing after age 60 -- and yet most will have a need for an income beyond that age -- yet so few have made plans or prepared for a career beyond the next few years.
Is bedside nursing a "young" person's job? What happens to old nurses? What should young nurses be doing now to prepare for growing older as a nurse? It could make a great paper on a topic that has not been "done to death."
