Is it Worth it to Buy the ATI TEAS Online Practice Assessment Test?

I have to take the TEAS this month and have done the following to prepare:

1. Studied ATI TEAS manual

2. Read sticky here on allnurses.com on TEAS

I am contemplating whether to purchase the ATI TEAS online practice assessment test for $35. Is it worth purchasing it and doing it? How close is it to the real exam?

I'm so nervous! :uhoh3: I need a 67% to be accepted to the nursing program which I want to attend.

Thank in advance everyone!

I took the TEAS V in November and only studied from the manual. Most of the questions were like the practice tests from the book, some were not, but they were easier. Much, much easier.

I wouldn't waste my money on the online practice tests. I had to get a 67% too and could only take it once, so I know exactly where you're coming from. Keep taking those practice tests from the book and you should be fine.

Btw, I got a 90.5% without the online tests.

I bought one of the practice tests and for me I thought it was worth it. After you complete the test under timed conditions, a score report is generated and it pretty much guides you on topics you still need to study. You only need buy one of the tests, and to be honest the practice tests (the one online and the ones in the back of the book) were harder than the actual test. I scored in the 99th percentile.

I know this was posted a few months ago, but did you have trouble accessing the practice assessment after you purchased it? I am being told I need an ID number. Then again, maybe I simply don't know what I'm doing. How did you access it?

I don't really remember how I accessed it. I think I was given a code to enter online at the website once I purchased it. Perhaps customer service can help you?

Yes, but it would be more helpful to get the study guide.
