Is it true that the CPU/NCLEX people know if ur a repeat test taker?

A friend of mine said she read somewhere in KAplan that it said the CPU know if you are a repeat tester and they give you same catageories not exactly the same questions but the same way they test you i.e. if you had 20 sata's You'll have that same amount again? I'm so confused cause I havent read that anywhere..

You are focusing on the wrong thing. Don't worry about how a computer gives you a test, it is randomly generated. Instead devote your efforts to learning the concepts so that you can answer the questions no matter how they are worded. Good luck.
