Is 22 points good enough 4 Weatherford College

I wanted to see how I compare with all the other applicants, I have 22 points. How many do you have?

I will be going to WC for the RN program in fall 2010. I earned 22 points. I look forward to meeting all of my fellow classmates in a couple of months. I live in Fort Worth. I am married and have 2 kiddos.;)

Look forward to meeting my fellow classmates at orientation. It sure is reassuring to know there will be others @ my age! While getting my pre-reqs at TCC, everyone in my classes was so much younger. I went to the school the other day and talked with Karen to make sure she had received everything I mailed in so far. It's a 27 minute drive and I lost my favorite radio station on the way. I'm definitely going to have to fill up my Ipod.:monkeydance:

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for good "waking up at 5:30 am songs" (I'm a nightowl, so therefore NOT a morning person!)

Wow, it is already June! July is right around the corner......can't believe it is almost time for orientation. What kind of stethoscope is everyone going to get? I am looking at a 3M Littman Classic II SE........wondering if we can buy any color we want or if they expect us to have a certain color.... seems like I have a lot of questions that do not have answers!

I am counting down the days to orientation and when classes start. I'm just ready to know what I can go out and buy. I get giddy. It's ridiculous :)

Wow, it is already June! July is right around the corner......can't believe it is almost time for orientation. What kind of stethoscope is everyone going to get? I am looking at a 3M Littman Classic II SE........wondering if we can buy any color we want or if they expect us to have a certain color.... seems like I have a lot of questions that do not have answers!

I was told that a Littman Lightweight should be sufficient for RN school. I'm not sure. I have not tested out any myself yet. Awhile back I had a Sprague but I didn't care for it. It was uncomfortable and I could not hear anything with it.

I was looking at a website that someone had posted on here in another thread (www.medisave.net). Their Littman Classic II SE is under $70 with free engraving of your name. That is probably where I am going to get mine.:nurse:

Does anyone already living in the Weatherford area have any suggestions for quality, affordable childcare? I have already been looking for a while and haven't been too impressed with what I've come across so far. My son will be 2 in July. Thanks for any input!

I'm really excited. I went to Scrubs Etc. today and bought a few small things. I can't wait until orientation so I can go and buy everything else I am going to need. I feel like such a nerd:yeah:.

Here is the link to search for licensed and registered childcare homes/facilities in Weatherford. It is what I am using to find childcare for my little ones for the up coming semester. I hope it helps.
